Spacious and comfortable room that was well designed and laid out. Seemed newly remodeled and very modern. Full kitchen, bar, L shaped sofa with working tables and ottoman, desk and lamp at window, king bed and nightstands with lights, dressing area with large mirror and light over wide dresser opposite full length closet. Bathroom had huge walk in shower with shower head at opposite end of faucet handle. Nice toiletries. Large counter space. This would be great place for extended stay or with kids. There is well lit paid parking lot behind hotel. Free hot breakfast is great for most people. This was a great location for being a tourist. We were able to walk to Sixth Floor/JFK museum and Dallas Art Museum. Many great restaurants all within waking distance. Felt safe.even at night with a few homeless around. Difficult to navigate one way streets and traffic, plus parking is challenging and expensive so it was great to park at hotel and just walk everywhere. I highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay again. Note same building is shared by AC Hotel and Residence Inn. AC hotel has first floor lobby and a number of lower floors in building then Residence Inn has its lobby and breakfast in second floor with it's hotel rooms on upper floors.

We stayed 2 nights here as a family booking 2 rooms. One had 2 queen beds in one room and the other a large double bed. The rooms all had a kitchen area, were large and well appointed. We arrived in Dallas on a weekend and booked here as central and good facilities and walking distance to several things and as needed a hotel so could drop our bags off as arrived early. Hotel let us have the one room early as ready to put bags in which was a great help. Breakfast was really good with mix of things including cereals, cooked breakfast, waffle maker, yogurts, toast, cakes and fresh fruit salad, Had indoor swimming pool but no time to use! The hotel is great but at the upper end of our budget as found Dallas the most expensive Texan city we visited on our stay.

The room we stayed in was huge! The separate bedroom meant that you could easily fit 4 people in the suite and not feel cramped. There was a full kitchen which would have been useful if we were staying for longer! The continental breakfast was better than expected (had a decent selection of hot food too). The staff were friendly and when we had to check out a day early due to the snowstorm, did not hesitate to refund us the night we would have lost. There was a great Mexican restaurant nearby.

Sophie

I thought the breakfast was totally adequate. Other thoughts: In Question !, under Who did you travel with, you said to check all that applied, yet when I tried to check more than one answer, you undid my previous answer. I loved that I was upgraded to a room with a separate bedroom. Loved it!!! I liked that I could turn on all the lights that I wanted, just by turning off the master switch at the door. I loved the ice cube maker in the fridge.

Richard was EXCEPTIONAL!! Every time we returned with or without bags/luggage, Richard went above and beyond to help us! The young lady at the Valet stand greeted us with a smile EVERYTIME we saw her! AND...we did not even have a car to valet!! GREAT staff!!
